Design and Build!
We want to make your dream home come true! So all you have to do is show us your vision and we'll get it done! This is where the design process comes in. This is where we get our architect to do all the planning. This is where all agreements/contracts get put together and upon contractor and client's agreement, we move forward. The design phase is key because this is where YOU tell us what you want to do and we'll get it done. Our contractors, workers, and design team is READY to make your dream build come true!
Construction Management
On the construction management side of things, our team works efficiently to communicate with the client and all the contractors that we're working with. They schedule and coordinate everything on the job site. This may include things like material from suppliers, plans/blueprints, on-site equipment, and much more! Our team of professionals is ready to take on the job and ensure management is done efficiently and on time!
General Contrators!
Once the design phase is completed and is ready to go, the client usually looks for General Contractors (Short form: GC). From here the client usually finds 3 GC's to get their bids and from there they would choose which one they would go with and many factors can play a role in this including:

Once all agreements are signed and designs are good to go, only then can we (GC) start the building process. The GC is hired by a client, so they are the direct point of contact to the client. The GC makes sure everything happens on the job site in a scheduled, efficient, and timely manner.
